Job Description :
- Manage brand strategies, identify research needs, and analyze research to identify opportunities
- Stay current on market trends as well as trying to predict future trends
- Liaising with operations and marketing department to drive sales result
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
- Supervising product design, and other forms of marketing for branding
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management

- Strong of project management principles and techniques
2. Business Development
Job Descriptions :
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline & developing new business opportunities
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals, presentations, and new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
- Assist in the coordinate and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or management
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
- Successful track record in B2B and/or B2C sales negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
3. Corporate Finance Manager
Job Descriptions :
- Develop financial models that help guide the decision making process for long-term strategic planning with relation to revenue/cost drivers and new business initiatives
- Identifying & assessing potential targets/M & opportunities both locally and internationally
- Asses & provide support strategic initiative such as fundraisin, mergers & acquisition, joint venture, or partnerships
- Work with senior management & business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet this goals
- Asset in building investor relationships including the preparation of reports and analysis for investor communications
Requirements :
- 2-4 years relevant experience in M & A, Corporate finance, or private equity
Certified CFA (will a an advantage) - Strong academic background in Finance/Business with knowledge of accounting & finance concepts
- Strong understanding of M & A and corporate finance and qualitative skills with the ability to understand financial statements
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and presentation skills
Proficient in Ms Office
